Shernard day spa overcharged for a terrible service rendered

Purchased the mother's day package for 2 which was R1499, in my opinion the package was overpriced for what we got. When we got in, there was no one to welcome us at reception. We had to sit and wait. The appointment was at 11am but we were only attended to 5 to 10min later. The description of the package stated that one can choose between hot stone full body massage or an aromatherapy massage but we were never asked what we wanted they just did the aromatherapy. The towels did not look or smell fresh. The food was cold, I understand that there were problems with electricity but as a business your problems must not affect the paying customer. Gowns and slippers were mentioned in the package, if you include something on the menu then the purchaser should be able to take it home but that was not the case with these gowns and slippers. And also the slippers were dirty and one can definitely see that they were worn before, it could be easy for customers to catch infections. Cherry on top was the gift for mom😅 two lotions from PEP and that R16 lipgloss from dischem. I paid R1499
