Do not pay them untill the job is done

I did my exame on 05/12/2022 and still it has not been submitted and registered at PSiRA. I even had to ask every week for my certificate and i still waited a month. I am tired of asking nicely for them to do what I have payed them to do. I will not do another course with this company.
