Sherlock Homes - Kempton Park - So Pathetic

Leasing from Sherlock homes-Kempton park from 01/12/2017 , from we moved in until now we only received pathetic service! Initially the sink mixer was leaking since before we moved in , flooded the whole cupboard and floor we contacted our Agent Carolyn Farrel from Sherlock homes-Kempton park and waited two months with countless messages and emails before it was resolved. Before we moved in we paid a key deposit of R1000-00 ,and was promised two sets of keys and two remotes, and we are still waiting a year later for the second keys and remote, she keeps on ignoring our request and make false promises of reverting back to us. Now she wants to claim R450 for the second set that was supposed to be included in the first place.
