Superb experience!

<p>Being in a car that's iffy due to an electrical fault with the alarm and no idea if it's going to give out somewhere on the road is nervewracking, really not fun in any way. I phoned Outsurance and they sent Zee from Sheriff's Towing my way. What a pleasant experience! He was extremely friendly and respectful, drove like a dream and explained what might be wrong, and what process I should follow in getting my car fixed, all couched in neutral language that did not make me feel like an idiot in any way at all. I would immediately recommend anyone to use their services and to count their blessings if they get him as their tow truck operator.</p>
