was making an enquiry about the sherif's office

I wanted to ask a few questions on how their system works, because previously I had a problem with the sherrif's office in Soweto, where I wanted to get a divorce and they left my papers with my husband who never signed, or returned them. Son I was enquiring on how I can pay for one matter more than once, and if I am allowed to have him sign by myself without involving the sherrif's office. The lady I was talking to answered the phone in English, told her what I need help with, she listened and before I could finish explaining my dilemma she stopped me in Zulu, told me I'm making a noise for her and was not interested in hearing me. I didn't get her name but the office I called is the Office of the Sharif in Rooderpoort ***
