The staff there is so rude including the manager, I do not understand why must suffer for the money that i paid bus the service was not rendered and now i have to deal with their rude staff.

I brought a case to them in January 2019, of a taxi driver who bumped my car and admitted and was supposed to fix it which he never did, after sending me from pillar to post they opted to Refund me which still they gave me the run around about it, on Friday the 15th of January after 2 years without any help they refunded R200 instead of R1800, when i go to the office the manager there was even worse the lady was very rude towards me and promised that they will call me which never happened still, today morning on the 21st of January 2021 when i called for an update the very same manager told me that i am a problem i must just sit and wait for their call and there is no payment that im going to get she will attend the case whenever she i ready to do that , i must just stop being a problem because whoever that is suppose to do that payment is not even at work so she does not want to be bothered.
