Sheriffs Office - Wrong listed number: Not able to remove from google searches

The number of one of our clients was listed by the sheriffs department in durban as their office number ***) this however is not their contact number but the number of one of our clients, after contacting them the following response was received, however after a week there has still not been any changes made to the website causing a disruption with our client.

New Ticket: 01/09/2020 Client still receiving anonymous phonecalls

Follow up: 01/09/2020 Good day,

I would like to refer to our previous discussion regarding the number *** as listed on your website (please see attached photo), after our previous conversation the sheriff's office apologized for the inconvenience caused and would have removed this number from their website.

A week later and our client is still experiencing the issue of random calls being made to her number due to it being listed on your website (see per google search) could you please advise the correct person to contact regarding this as no action has been taken.

This is affecting our client greatly and require this to be resolved immediately!!

Follow up: 02/09/2020 Once indicated that they would send the necessary information in order to have this resolved,still awaiting further information.
