Sheriff in Giyani not serving court documents n refusing to serve them

I can't even begin to table down the horrible, disgusting experience i have with the Giyani office. The shariff in that office his gambling with peoples lives how can an urgent document lay in the office for more than 3 weeks.

When he is asked he start fighting with the client and refuses to serve the document.

I am pist to say the list that man needs to be removed since he doesn't not know what is the purpose of documents in his office.

Can somebody assist. This man and his stinking attitude needs to be disciplined.

He can't make himself the lawyer.
