Non delivery of Divorce and Maintenance Summons

Application submitted for Maintenance at Postmasburg Court during February 2015. Date to appear in court was scheduled for 17 April 2015. Summons was not delivered. Court rescheduled for 12 June 2015. Summons was not delivered. <br> <br> Divorce summons was send to sheriff's office via registered mail on 20 May 2015. On 28 May my lawyer inquired via mail whether the summons was received and if it was delivered. No answer. On 17 June 2015 i inquired via e-mail where after an mail was received confirming that the summons has been received and will be served. On 25 June i inquired again whether the summons was served.
