never delivering summons on time

I Delivered the summons to the Sherriff on the 19/082015 and the court date was 15/09/2015 , I went to follow up on the 04/092015 at the sheriffs office how far they got to delivering the Summons in Cape Town Cbd and I was told they only went twice and they can not follow up again and deliver the summons now again as it is less than 14 days before the court date , I was so upset as I had to go back to the wynburg court and get a later date this is delaying my case and I have to waste my leave days at work please assist me , and make sure they deliver the summons in this week<br> <br> thanks
