Kempton Park Sheriff

Kempton Park Sheriffs are the most useless department around, they are failing to enforce my court order since 2018. They always create one excuse after the order, when you complain they keep saying send them email but they NEVER respond to emails. I'm not sure how can I make them start doing their job.
