Harassing for unkown debt

Abouth two months ago and out of the blue the Deputy Sherrif of Bellville North (Thinus van Niekerk) rocked up at my previous employers office. Harrasing one of her tenants stating that he has got a summons for me. She them phoned the Sherrifs Office asking for what the debt was. A mrs Knoetzen gave her the attorneys telephone number (Leon van Rensburg and Kie in Bergvliet) After phoning them Wendy informed her that the debt was for a dr Susan Uys in Medi Clinic in Kuilsriver. I have never seen a dr by that name and hell who remembers this seven years later at what dr one was. After sending several mails to the laywer wihout any response from them, the Sherrif still harass my employee on her phone. According to the National Credit Amendment Act of 13 March 2015 it is ******* and against the law to collect debt that is prescribed debt. I will really appreciate it if you could investigate this matter. I also refered this case to the Ombudsman, who informed me to take this people to court for invading my privacy and involving my previous employer.
