Sheriff Kathu HL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to court last year beginning of the year and the court issued out a Subpoena to be served by the Sheriff MH (at this address: Magistrate's Court, Hendrik Van Eck Street, Kathu). The Sheriff promised to deliver the service, but till today I've been calling him, he's not responding nor communicating back. I've sent emails to him seeking to when will he be sending the "Subpoena Return of Service Document" because apparently I have to take it back to court and email it back to him. So that he can go submit it to my Father's work place (HR).

I'm tired of such nonsensical service I'm being given by a person who should be knowing better as a "Sheriff"!! The service provided does not represent the office of a Sheriff well!!!!!!!! It's a DISGRACE!!!!! Some people you'd swear they taking bribe! The first report the Sheriff brought back was that the HR claimed that she doesn't know the person whom the Subpoena is being served against and that the person has never worked there. Which is a huggggeeee LIE. SHAME ON YOU!

Some people deserve to have such titles STRIPED off them, because they fail to live to what the title demands of them!!! I demand proper service as a Citizen of this Country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
