F. Van Greunen sheriff department in Goodwood suck

I approached F. Van Green sheriff department in Goodwood to assist me with a consumer complaint which I was referred to the sheriff department by the Goodwood court. I bought a car of R15000 and made a loan with a financial institution to buy the car and the owner took the money and refused to give the car or my money back. I'm a single mom of 2 who earns a low income and was trying to better our situation as I work shifts and need to leave very early when on an early shift. F. Van Greunen sheriff's department is the pits. They know my situation and that I don't have extra funds available after month end, but to date I had to pay them R600 the first time and they only came with an amount of R4300 that they could get for the things that they could write off. I then received a letter from the sheriff confirming that the R4300 that was written up was the sons belongings and that the father is staying with the son and that is not a fact. F. Van Greunen sheriff department now wants me to pay R2012.79 which is made up of R262.79 for outstanding cost,R550 for new belongings but I JONENE must go and do the sheriff's work if finding out what the sellers assets are and the R1200 is for removing his assets to make up the R15000. They are not helpful at all and all I needed was help or hand my case over to court again for it to be a civil case in order to get some answers as I have been up and down battling to get assistance and still need to pay the loan for something I don't have and still hoping to get help or assistance. Van Greunen and the secretary took all my contact details and now 2 months later I'm still waiting.
