In 2014 I worked for a company called Crane and Material Handling cc (CMH). This company dismissed me unfairly. On the 8th June 2015 my case was heard at the CCMA in Johannesburg. I obtained judgement on the 9th July 2015. CMH agreed to pay me R60,000.00 over a period of five months, R12,000.00 a month. Up until now I have not been payed a cent of this money.

On the 5th November 2015 I started my investigation. I found out that my case was handed over to the Sheriff of the Court in Vanderbijlpark (A. E. Lawson tel: ********** /6). Every 2 months or so I phoned to find out how far my case had progressed. The person that I constantly asked to speak to at these offices was Nicoleen. In 2015/2016 I spoke to her she told me that the Sheriff is busy with my case and I will soon get a response. In 2017 I was told that property was seized and it will be sold off to compensate me. In 2018 I was told that a 7 series BMW was seized but money was still owed to WestBank and in addition to this there are storage costs that have accumulated, which amounts to more that the pay out from the CCMA.

I have approached the CCMA in Johannesburg and they asked me to write up an affidavit regarding the matter, which I did. Then I was told to reopen the case which at that point in time even now I cannot.

On the 22nd August 2018 I was diagnosed with lung cancer, to think I never smoked. I need that money and at this point in time it looks like I will not be getting a cent of it.
