Sheriff Holdings Photographer - INFERIOR SERVICE

An enquiry was done for a photographer for an event, I was informed that the photographer has 5 bookings for the day in question (29th September 2023), my booking would be the 6th booking for the 29th September 2023.

I was advised that once a deposit was paid, the booking would be booked.

The deposit was paid the same day and proof of payment was sent as confirmation.

A few days later, I was informed that a photographer had been booked by a family member for the same event. Therefore I had requested a refund regarding the deposit paid.

I was there and then advised that the refund paid was non-refundable, I had questioned this and I notified the photographer and or owner of the business that, that would be ******* and ********.

He kept referring back to the terms and conditions on the invoice (the only focus at that point was to make the deposit payment and not looking at anything else on the invoice) or verbal clarity or written was given at any point.

Now Austin (the photographer and or owner of the business) is forcing his services upon me and withholding my money from me for services I am not making use of.
