The worst Hotel Experience ever!!!!!!!

So I booked at this Hotel in May 2022, and I arrived in the evening. I was so disappointed at the level of service at this hotel, right from the entrance till the rooms.

When I drove into the undercover parking after checking in, I noticed there was a funny smell as if some pipes had burst in the parking lot or something, and apparently when I asked one of the security guys there…he confirmed that there was indeed a pipe that had burst a few months ago (which had a foul smell from the parking area till the lifts at Reception). And just when I thought it was all over, when I initially walked into my Hotel room (as exhausted as I was), I noticed there were some ****roaches everywhere in my room when I tried preparing a cup of coffee, specifically near the kettle and tea tray, IMAGINE!!!! I then opened the wardrobe to double check if there was more roaches, and guess what????? I WAS RIGHT! I found more roaches everywhere in the wardrobe running around there too. Like what kind of a “Five star” hotel is this?????? Then when I tried to lock my back sliding door, it wasn’t locking at all and I noticed the door handle was broken (what nightmare have I walked into though???). I then called the reception to complain about all that disappointment in my room, but the consultant just told me they’ll send someone up to my room to fix the broken door (so I should just wait for a broken door to be fixed in the late hours when I’m supposed to be having peace in my hotel room). When I called them over and over again since they took longer to arrive to my room, they kept saying that someone will attend to me shortly.

I’ve never been so disappointed in my entire life/experience of Hotels, let alone so many ****roaches found there and faults at this supposedly “five star” hotel. After countless complaints eventually they booked me into another room with no apology or whatsoever! This was the worst hotel experience of my life and would recommend anyone to sleep/book there!!!
