Sheraton Hotel Pretoria

I recently had myself and party of five people stay over at the Sheraton I expected normal Sheraton experience booking in was good rooms clean people friendly..but the restaurant must be worst service and worst food I have ever eaten in my life the drinks took one and half hours to get to the table then the food two of my guests ordered calamari steak they got four calamari rings and partially cooked noodles as far as my food I ordered a steak my leather belt would have tasted better as far as sending the stuff back it was so late by this time it would not have been worth waiting another 2 hours..I was very disappointed with restaurant service
