****roach with eggs on its back Sheraton Pretoria, no sense of regret

In my arrival I received good service from a Barman, I ordered my drink and snack and proceeded to the seat.

As I was seated, saw a ****roach approaching on the couch, it was very disgusting to see a ****roach carrying eggs it’s back coming towards me as I wait for my meeting.

I called for assistance after I pushed it to ground and crushed it. Help arrived however there was no remorse about the incident. It seemed ordinary and I was quite disappointed after this occurred. There was no sense of apology.

What a shame!!!
