My car ****** at Sheraton Pretoria Hotel Ba*****t Parking

Hi,

I lost a car on March 1, 2020 at the ba*****t of the hotel and manned by 2 security officers who were responsible for opening the boom gate and an electrical one, respectively. To date I really don't know what happened.

I trusted a five star hotel litlle did i not know that it is a haven for *******. I was a loyal customer since 2014 and they used my loyalty to plan for *****ing my car.

The hotel manager and security manager including the police investigators whose names i still have, were very rude and arrogant.

Don't be deceived by the elegance of a hotel. An English saying is that ''Do not judge a book by its cover''. I thought that hotel was the best because high profile people such as Presidents and ministers were booked there. This made me to feel and believe the security was high. Be careful on where you lodge and google previous clients'comments to guide you in booking for accommodation.
