We purchased a property in Sunwich Port in December 2024

We purchased a property in Sunwich Port in December 2024. The purchase amount was paid to Shepstone and Wylie, when we enquired regarding interest on our money we were told that there was documents outstanding and we would not get any interest. This was after four months of our money sitting in their account. I am not an attorney so I was not aware of outstanding documentation. They confirmed via email all documents was in order. So why were we not contacted regarding said documents until we enquired about the interest. It is highly Un professional of them. We lost around 20 000 in interest
