Fantastic service was quite a surprise.

New premises have a huge parking area, so much better than the old site. A very helpful staff member approached me, helped me find ehat I was looking for, helped me carry my 9 watering cans, got me through a till which had no queue, helped me carry my things to the car. Sorry I didn't get his name, he was fantastic. Many other retailers have forgotten the meaning of good service.
