No respect for client.

I caught 3 children attemting to ***** 2 puppy bull terriers. While being a client of Shepard alarms in Ribeeckstad,Freestate, I phoned to inform them of the situation. I waited for +- 20 minutes for the response from Shepard alarms to arrive for the callout, and they failed to arrive at the scene. Afterwords the owner of shepard alarms came to my house and verbally abused me infront of my 2 children. He said that my service will be terminated that same night regardless of what the contract stipulates. Therefore I will move my account to a different security company beginning of the new year
