No safe in the room and my phone got ******

I stayed at Shepherd's Tree Game Lodge and I left my phone in my room. I wanted to put it in the safe but the room had no safe in it. When I came into the room later my phone was no longer there. I was told that unfortunately there was nothing that could be done. I had to claim from insurance and I had to pay the excess and now my premiums have gone up. It was a poor experience.
