Bad Service & Rascist manager

I used to rent an apartment in Buccleuch from them & the landlors are ******. She doesn't return deposits. Instead she disappears for 2weeks after you move out then when U request a deposit she makes up damages then says you're not getting the deposit back. She didn't provide proof or anything. She is a croo**** I have had to take her to the Rental Tribunal to attempt to get my deposit back. Also living there is unbearable because you have to listen to her husband be rascist to the caretaker. These people are terrible landlords!
