Be very careful when ordering from Shenzhen Sunnytimes on Alibaba

I ordered a Kaabo Electrical s****** from Shenzhen Sunnytimes on Alibaba on 02 Jun 2021 and paid the full purchase price of US$1520 on 16 Jun 2021. Sunnytimes confirmed shipment and provided me with a UPS tracking number. However, it turned out that they provided me with a ********** tracking number, as this number was a duplicate of another, different order. The s****** is still not delivered to date - 24 November 2021. Because Sunnytimes provided a ********** tracking number, Alibaba regards the order as delivered and closed. I am therefor unable to claim a refund via Alibaba.

Be very careful when ordering from Shenzhen Sunnytimes on Alibaba - you may loose your money and not receive your order.
