Buyers BEWARE!!! ... deal with this company at your own peril.

Buyers beware of dealing with this company!

They will sell you defective products and have no aftersales service at all.

We purchase 24 electronic bottle openers from this company, none of which work!

We contacted the company many times to have the issue resolved. But they are now blatantly ignoring us and are failing to refund us for our purchase, even though we have sent them video evidence that the products do not work.

Their excuse for the products not working is, according to their "engineer", is the "products must have been shaken up by the shipping agent and hence internal parts of units must have come loose". Even though the packaging in which these units was supp**** is undamaged. Such an excuse is also testament to the great quality of their products … they cannot even withstand shipping.

Certainly a ridiculous claim by any means. And now conveniently, they have removed their listing for this product from the Alibaba platform.

Surely they are thinking that this issue will simply "Go away if we ignore it long enough" ... speaks volumes as to their customer service!

Our advice … deal with this company at your own peril.
