Printer parts nightmare

I have had the worst customer care service by Jiahao technology , after purchasing a spare printhead from them i installed it as i have installed many other printheads in the past with NO problem. When i installed JIAHAO TECHNOLOGY printhead i noticed that white ink was leaking from the side of the nozzle plate and big droplets where coming through the 4 white channels, i immediately contacted Kinson Yip and sent pictures to him as he requested, it was back and forth for days as the black channel was also giving issues and prints where coming out blurry and outlines fuzzy. I cross checked it by putting back old printhead and that printed perfect except white as 2 channels where blocked, so i knew it wasn't the machine. I did all the necessary nozzle alignment settings as i always do and still horrible prints with white leaking on side of nozzle plate, seems like delamination on a brand new printhead. I contacted Kinsons superior at JIAHAOTECH and eventually came to an agreement that i send the printhead back at my expense so they can investigate which i agreed. I wrapped the head in 4 layers of bubble wrap and into a hard cardboard box. I did take photos of every step of the packaging including nozzle plate. Once Kinson recieved he told me there is a slight dent in the nozzle plate and looks like it was put down wrong, i referred to my pictures taken and that was that. They did their checks on printhead and their conclusion where that i used UV ink, now firstly i do not use UV ink as i only print textiles, all my ink is Dupont Artistri, and sent him the pictures of my bottles of ink and clearly for textiles but he remained adamant that its UV ink.. this whole saga cost my DTG printing business to go bang because the backup printhead from JIAHAOTECH was faulty from the word go. Our business who grew 700% in the first year and was eventually making profit as alot of personal capital went into it by myself. And their only reply was it was wrong ink, ink that ive used on other printheads that is clearly textile ink and they state i used UV ink. I advise not to deal with such ****** and people who cant tell the difference between Textile or UV ink. The Director of this company has vouched to sort this situation out, its been a week yet i do not know whats happening, eventually she responded after i posted on social media and then she disappeared again. Never buy from these clowns again.
