False Promises

My insurance chose Shenge auto repairs to repair my car. My car was towed to them and the insurance hired a car for me. 28 days later my car hire expired and I had to return the car, my car was not fixed. The panel beaters said I can hire a car at my own expense and they will refund me, they gave me money for five days. The five days were gone and my car still not fixed, they requested me to hire for another two days. My car was fixed after the two days and I went to collect it, this was on the 15th of June 2018. Esme at the panel beaters informed me that i will get my refund for the two days, I'm still waiting. Every time I follow up she tells me 'the transfer will be done today'
