Horrible Shenanigans

I recently visited Shenanigans pub and bar in George Western Cape with high hopes after hearing positive reviews from friends. However, my experience left much to be desired. The service was lackluster at best, with no acknowledgment or appreciation for loyal customers.

Upon entering, the atmosphere seemed promising, but that's where the positives ended. The staff appeared disinterested and indifferent, barely acknowledging our presence. It took an eternity to get even a simple drink order placed, despite the bar being relatively empty.

As a loyal customer, I expected some level of recognition or appreciation for patronizing their establishment regularly. Instead, we were treated like any other random customer off the street. There was no thank you, no gesture of goodwill, not even a hint of courtesy.

The drinks were mediocre, at best, and the prices were unjustifiably high considering the lack of service and ambiance. It's evident that customer satisfaction and retention are not priorities at Shenanigans pub

Never again.
