Disappointing service

In December 2021 I was quoted and paid a deposit for the installation of a gas stove and geyser, gas bottle and cage. The work was done and paid for in full but up to date no cage has been installed, after numerous requests to just refund me for the cage and refund me for the difference between a 14kg, which was supp****, instead of the 19kg bottle that I paid for. They just ignore me. Bottom line. Make sure everything is supp**** before the full amount is paid otherwise you can kiss your money good buy.
