COMPLAINT AGAINST SHELLY JEWELLERS

COMPLAINT!! My boyfriend bought me a ring from Shelly Jewellers in April for my birthday. On the 10th of May, the ring was bend, and I don't carry heavy things. I also wear another ring that was bought from Sterns 2 1/2 years ago and it's 100%. When he bought the ring they told him free repairs for 3 months. As I went back to have my ring fixed the owner / manager was so rude to me, shouting at me and I still had to pay to get it fixed, my mum went and picked it up today and that same women had the audacity to scream and be rude to her as well. Honestly worst service ever. And bad quality rings. Will never go back there nor refer someone to them.
