Bad customer support

Can GAME HEAD OFFICE OR CEO PLEASE employ someone to ANSWER their telephone T South Coast MALL branch. More than once did I....a pensioner, drive there to buy a special advertised and then they don't have stock. It is a far distance and cost a pretty penny. If you call to check on stock, they just don't answer the phone. Shame on GAME SOUTH COAST MALL Shelly Beach.
