Not Covid compliant. Despite me complaining and asking the staff to plz ask another patron who had no meal and was coughing profusely to put on a mask. Both staff and manager rufused. This is not acceptable. This NOT acceptabe and will be reported to dept of health and Centre management. This irresponsible and rude behavior from both staff and management is disrespectful and further not indicative of hospitality industry stands. The manager dispite being told by the staff of my concerns, came over and asked me as he said he needs to hears the complaint from me. He then proceeded to say he can not ask the other patron to put on a mask. I informed him that the none compliance is offensive, he seemed to not care. I asked my 80 year old parents accompanying me for whom I was concerned to rather leave. We. Oved over all 6 of us to mug n bean. Surprising how accross from each other Mug n Bean is cmpliant. Sorry the food is good but service at this restaurant is pathetic.
