Dissatisfied

We arrived at Wimpy Shelly Centre on Thursday morning. We were a family of 10 with a baby. As soon as we got to the entrance Felicia who was taking the temperatures started complaining in isizulu to Ntokoza about the size of our group. Little did she know that we understand isizulu. We felt uncomfortable at the door immediately. I asked Ntokoza if they had a table for us. She went and spoke to someone inside the restaurant. Then 2 other customers came behind us. Felicia then asked who is nxt knowing full well it was our group. I said we were, but she said no let me take the 2 ppl. Ntokoza came bk talking in Isizulu to Felicia . So I asked her. "Do u have a table for us or not?" she said no. I told my family that they cannot accommodate us and we went to Spur. Where we were greeted with a smile at the door and they informed us that they didn't have a table to accommodate our group but can seat us at 2 tables if we don't mind. So our business was taken to Spur. Highly disappointed in Wimpys staffs attitude.
