Worst service ever!

Worst service ever. He never keeps appointments, never calls unless you call Whirlpool to complain. Dis a shoddy job on my dishwasher, when it leaked he first tried to ignore my calls, then claimed it was a regulator pump that was leaking even though he had told me the previous time that it was fine. He is rude and tries to get one to pay more money than is necessary.
