Will never forget 3September. 2016

<p>My fiance booked at Bon hotels at Vaal and was assisted by Lorah who didn't give out customer service and these was our first visit to the venue, all she was selling was their hotel as we requested a package that has boatcruise, and we were told the boad leaves at 11h40,after we deposited the money, my birthday was runed as Lorah didn't explain we have to book a boat for ourselfs and we going to pay for it, but we requested a package, Lorah was offduty on that day and no one attended to us or ask if we are OK, until we spoke to Gugu who was very rude telling us there is no boat for us, then we approach a tall white guy didn't get his name, who symphathys with us and told us that he was not given updated by Lorah on how we going to get a boat, the only boat they can organize is a 16h00 boat,they leave us sitting next to the pool,after we spend so much money no apology , THE WORST WAS ON MY BIRTHDAY GET THAT KIND OF TREATMENT THANKS TO BON HOTELS I WONT FORGET THE 3RD SEPTEMBER 2016,and I'm going to advise people to think twice before they consider bookings with that hotel.</p>
