SERIOUSLY DAM TAKING THIS UP. SICK AND TIRED

so i booked a executive room for the 1st of Jan on [URL Removed] on the 15 December confirmation *** , i have been phoning like everyday to confirm my booking at the hotel. all the ladies keep saying to me that they will go online and check for the booking, sadly they hardly even get back to me. THE BON BON RIVERA IS POOR SERVICE THE LADIES ARE RUDE ON THE PHONE. GOD KNOWS WHY I EVEN CHOOSE THIS HOTEL, YOU GUYS SHOULD BE PUBLISHED IN THE NEWSPAPER SERIOUSLY
