sad rooms

I have to say I was really disappointed when I stayed at the BON Hotel in Rustenburg I stayed there upon my arrival we were welcomed very nicely. when we got to the room I noticed the gutters in the front of the room was leaking which was leaking in the front of the door. Then i noticed that there was only 1 normal bath towel and one hand towel for us even though I booked for 2 people. there was no coffee except decaf and no milk provided for the price we paying small things like that is important. breakfast in the morning was brought to our room with no salt of sauce and it was not that hot either. then we showered and it was a complete mess as the shower was a hand shower that didn't work properly and it was messing all over. I asked if we could have a better room and we were moved. nothing wow about the next room except the shower was better. again no coffee and milk just tea and a kettle, the bed size was a 3 quarter the tv didn't work as their network was bad. toilet was leaking it was really not nice at all
