Poor management at BON Hotel, Vereeniging

The hotel is a very popular place for people in Vaal and surroundings, I know it as a very classy and family- friendly environment UNTIL on the 17th September when I went there with my family for my father's 92nd birthday. They did not have a wheelchair for him as he was tired after a 2hr trip to de hotel & I guess de heat too. The manager tried to make flimsy excuses why they do not have a wheelchair. That was proof enough to say that should there be an emergency in the establishment, then no disaster management will be in place for anyone who could not walk at that time. Definitely disappointing for such an establishment. Poor management at its best!!!
