Disappointing and Rude

My family and i were ready and set to have a good dinner at the Bon hotel resturant. We asked for an a la carte menu and we decided to order from that menu. Our order took an hour and a half to be served. When the order came, the meal that i ordered was nothing like it was specified in the menu. The meat was overcooked and not as per request. This is my first night here and im already experiencing such bad service. The staff did not once come out to apologise for the delay. I had to continously ask how far our order was. Very saddened by all of this.
