Bon Hotel - Riviera on Vaal - Birthday Surprise Dissapontment

<p>For my moms birthday i decided to book a lunch cruise for my parents at the Bon Hotel - Riviera on Vaal. i called the hotel to enquire about booking, i received a response that i can only book for weekends, Sat & Sunday.</p> <p>on the 1st of feb i mailed booking for two adults for the 05th of Feb, i received a quotation, i accepted the cost, made the payment and mailed back letting them know that i had made the payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had already asked my parents not to make any plans for Sunday. this morning i called asking to speak to one of the two people i had been in contact with (Darryl Zaayman & Kayla Joubert) i was told they are not available, i then asked the lady to please check on my booking as my parents were about to leave to come there for the lunch cruise and she told me she can not find my name under any booking. i asked her to please ask Darryl to call me as soon as he was back, she said ok he will be back by 11:00am.</p> <p> </p> <p>By 11:10 i had received no call, i contacted them again and the lady told me all lunch cruises were cancelled for today and i asked how come because i made paynment already and no one told me anything about the booking being cancelled, my parents are ready to leave. i left a message for the manager to call me because i find this very unproffesional and so dissapointing for my parents.</p> <p> </p> <p>its now over an hour and i have received no call from the manager. I am upset and dissapointed and i now have to make another plan for my parents.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hopefully i will be refunded real soon!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not recommend the Bon Hotel - Riviera on Vaal to anyone, bad service and literally no communicaton at all!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
