Shell rose avenue Lenasia terrible service

I proceeded to rose avenue shell in Lenasia this evening to fill petrol. On arrival there there were 3 attendants at the cashiers trailer, one I could see was actively busy with cash, the other 2 were having a conversation,they saw me and carried on chatting, eventually another attendant comes towards my car, stops at the front tyre and I get ready for him to serve me, he stops there and starts chatting to someone else on the forecourt. Is this the way business should be conducted and is this the way customers should be treated and should wait to be served? I left the garage without filling petrol and proceeded to another filling station where I got 100 percent better service
