Very rude and unprofessional

I tried purchasing a personalised necklace after struggling with their website that kept on kicking me out when doing the purchase and payment i received my necklace without the engraving on it. I emailed them and they were very rude and unprofessional and said i must check my ohone i told them i made several online purchases and it was successful on the 1st attempt. They did not want to hear me out and just bruahed me off and said theres nothing wrong with their website. I just wasted my money. And they dont care, very bad service and no way to speak to their customers
