You can earn but you can't spend

This shell rewards system is a ****, it's soo easy to earn the points then it's a mission to use the points.

I've been trying to change the cellphone number for the OTP for the past 2 months with no success. Funny enough I still get the monthly messages for the number of points I've accumulate yet I can't get to use it since the OPT goes to an incorrect number.

I've spoken to the call centre countless times regarding this issue and it's always the same "I will escalate the matter and call you tomorrow to confirm if the request is completed successfully."

What's the point of trying to earn points if you can't actually get to use it?
