Yamaha R3 competition

almost a month ago I walked into the Shell garage off Century Avenue near the Porsche dealership. I walked into the shop and saw a new promotion/competition running where if you purchase 2 Monster energy drinks, you can enter a draw to win a Yamaha R3.

I purchased the combo, kept my slip and tried to enter the competition, I sms'd in and got an SMS in return saying "Invalid code received for Monster Energy Shell Competition"

I then went back to the store to ask which code I am supposed to SMS in and was told the code at the bottom of the slip. I tried again and it gave the same error. I ended up buying 3 combos all of which gave me the same issue when trying to enter.

I eventually spoke to the manager there (Natasha) sent her screenshots of all 3 times I entered as well as all 3 messages saying the codes were not valid. I kept checking with her and just got told she is waiting for feedback.

It is now the 2nd Jan and I have still not heard back from her. Is the competition still running?
