Wrong billing

I live in Benoni.

I poured petrol at shell garage in Bordeaux Scotch Corner S/S. I request they pour R200 for me and the petrol and attand did so.

I requested a reciept and found that he charged me R100 and i made him aware of this I use a standard bank petrol card and i couldnt swipe it again. This was their fault bt the told ne to leave my card and pick up the follow,

Being a good citizen i did so.

Their service is so poor because when I picked up the card I was told to pour more petrol for them to be able swipe my card for them 2 get their money.

Bt they did not take into condideration where I live or the odeal i went through without having a petrol card or even apologise.

I do not advise any1 to pour there as they are not attentive to their customers needs and jst look at making sure they get you out as soon they can.
