WORST SERVICE EVER!!

Bought a car battery on the 23rd at the Shell garage in PTA NORTH took it back in less than 2 hours as it was not the correct size and would not start my car and was told to leave it there to get a refund in the morning from the owner(Nel) when I called in the following day ,I was told they first need to consult their supplier because the pins have scratches.HOW ELSE WAS I TO FIT IT IN THE CAR WITHOUT PUTTING TERMINALS ON I DONT KNOW!!!!! Have had no communication from them whilst the my R1595 till today when I called in only to be told he is on vacation and their supplier is closed and they will get back to me on the 3rd . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! as I am now sitting without a battery and NO MONEY to get myself 1. NEVER EVER WILL I RECOMMEND SHELL OR BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!
