Worst service at the J and G Service station

I went to pour petrol at J and G Service station located at Corner of, D.F. Malan Avenue, and, Kruger Ave, Lyttelton Manor, Centurion this morning around 10h25am. I pulled in and after a few moments of waiting I decided to hoot in order to draw attention in case I was not noticed. The two petrol attendance whom were busy with other customers, told me that why can't I relax, can't I see that they were busy with customers, why am I hooting when they can see me. They're manner of approach was appalling , I mean who addresses customers in that manner. The other petrol attendant was finished with the customer and instead of assisting me he just said "I'm going to the toilet", with an attitude and shouting so that I could hear him. To make the matters worse I tried addressing the matter with the supervisor who was assisting me and he just brushed it off as if it was normal behavior. That was the worst service I've ever gotten from Shell, I use to always recommend you guys for a great service but I can see it's with exception .
