Worst service

Received the worst service from Shell (witbank Ok express) petrol station (fist time pouring at shell ) but because they were the nearest station I decided to use their service poured petrol and the petrol indicator did not move a single inch the attendant said I should come back when he is back at work he can’t assist me he doesn’t know why it didn’t move I should leave the station the indicator will show while I’m driving . left the petrol station ( biggest mistake) next day I went to another shell garage close to the one I poured previously as my petrol was now empty I poured full tank and the indicator went up immediately the petrol attendant there said they probably poured “air” he will not do like they did he poured and my tank went full the next day I went there he was off and the manager or who ever the lady was very rude and told me the attendant poured it’s the type of car that I drive that didn’t indicate that the petrol was poured BAD SERVICE
